The Bridge Program is a scalable solution to empower learners with career upskilling and paid work experiences to build the skills and confidence needed for success.
We know that approximately 52% of graduates are underemployed up to a year after graduation. Data shows that up to 73% of graduates who start out underemployed remain so a decade later. However, graduates who have participated in at least one paid-work experience are 48.5% less likely to be underemployed than those who did not engage in a paid-work experience.
The Bridge Program, in partnership with AscentUP, addresses these challenges by offering a full pipeline experience to support learners entering the workforce, which includes:
