About the Bridge Program
The Bridge Program provides wraparound services to support learners entering the workforce, including:
Workplace Readiness Training & Career Coaching:
We provide online, self-paced courses and modules supporting job readiness including over 300 educational resources, 24/7 access to support, and over 500 hours of interactive content.
Learners receive personalized coaching to help them stay on track during their project work.
Project Placement & Employer Matching:
Learners share skills, interests, and goals with our coaches.
Employers define a business challenge.
Our team works with employers to create a real-world project and matches the right learners with the right employer opportunity.
Paid, Project-Based Work Experiences:
Learners work in teams on paid, short-term projects for real employers, receiving a stipend at completion.
Projects are designed to build confidence, skills, and resume ready deliverables.
